SHIPPING POLICY

At The Sahib Essentials, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and securely across Pakistan.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped along with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: Deliveries within major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Multan, etc.) usually take 2 to 4 business days.
Other Cities & Remote Areas: Deliveries may take 3 to 6 business days.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Pakistan.
Please ensure the exact cash amount is ready at the time of delivery, as delivery agents may not carry full change.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking ID via SMS or email so you can monitor its journey.

5. Shipping Address Updates

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot change the address.
